Steps To Enter Projects

Rulebook & Important Dates

Visit BCYLS Rulebook for Important Dates and General Rules and Regulations, OR visit https://brazos.agrilife.org and look for the Calendar or 4-H Newsletter.

Step 1: Order Animal Project / Validation Tags

Order Ear Tags (steers, commercial steers, lambs, goats, barrows) Order Broilers & Turkeys by Deadline. Contact the Brazos County Ag Extension Office, 4-H Adult Leader, or your FFA Ag Advisor to confirm due dates.

Step 2: Project Validation


Steers, Commercial Steers, Lambs, Goats, Barrows, & Rabbits
– Attend the appropriate Validation Date for your project as set by the BCYLA Board.

FCS – Submit FCS Validation and FCS Project Forms by the Validation Date (January 31) set by the BCYLA Board. ***Note: An FCS Project Form for each Baked Good and Canned Good is due at time of Validation via instructions through the online validation process. Only one (1) recipe per form. An FCS Project Form is due at show check in for each of the following projects: Baked Goods, Canned Goods, Sewing, Arts & Crafts, Woodworking & Metalworking. Step 3: Registration Online

SUBMIT ONLINE ENTRIES  by PROJECT DEADLINE
Submit FCS Validation and Project Forms by Validation Deadline via Online Validation Process
